Please go through my paragraph and favour me in any corrections/updates. Also please rate my paragraph in a scale of 1 to 9. If possible let me know my mistakes and area of improvement.
Question:
Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your houselflat.
Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter
explain the reasons for the noise
apologise
describe what action you will take
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear ................. ,
Answer:
Dear Julian,
I am GS, residing adjacent to your house. I just received your letter regarding the noise from my house. I am really sorry about the noise created that has disturbed you.
To say so, I have a festival at my house. On behalf of this, I have relatives come from overseas. They have come as family including children and elders. The family function could go for another two or three days.
While I ensure to maintain less noise for the next three days and also I request you to kindly bare with me for these days.
In fact, I wanted to invite you for my family function which has just started today but as I was busy doing the purchase and receiving my relatives from airport, I couldn't come and meet you.
Sometime this evening, I wish to meet you in person, to invite you and your family to my house. I shall call you to know your availability.
Thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
GS.
